• EVENT DETAILS
  • A: Bring your best of collections for exhibition:
    • Showcase your best of artwork at the art gallery to our delegates and guests.
    • Maximum 5 artworks per enrollment.
    • Exhibition of your art will be there for all days.
  • B: Live Art Workshop
    • Date & Time: 24th January 2025, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
    • Venue: Art Exhibition Corner, Convention Hall.
    • Duration: 1 hour to complete your artwork.
• GROUND RULES
  • Themes: A list of themes will be provided at the start of the competition. Choose the one that inspires you most!
  • Medium: You can use any medium—watercolor, acrylics, oils, pencils, pastels, or mixed media.
  • Time Limit: Each participant will have 1 hour to complete their painting.
  • Submission: Submit your finished artwork to the designated organizer immediately after completing your session.
  • Judging: An independent panel of doctors will evaluate all submissions based on creativity, interpretation of theme, and overall impact.
  • Results: Winners will be announced on the last day of the conference.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES
  • Supplies: Basic materials (Canvas, Colors, and Brushes) will be available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Once you register, please share your requests for the size of canvas and brushes.
  • Focus on enjoying the process: It's not about perfection, but expression!
  • Last date to register: 10th January 2025.
