THEME AND PURPOSE
- Theme: "Kaleidoscope
- Objective: Encourage attendees to capture moments that highlight the human side of medicine,
the beauty of medical science, or interesting moments during the conference.”

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Eligibility: Open to all registered attendees, including doctors and trade partners.
- Submission Limit: Maximum of 3 entries per participant.
- Format: JPEG or PNG, high resolution (at least 1080p).
- Size Limit: Each file should not exceed 15 MB.
- Deadline: All entries must be submitted before 10th January 2025.
- Submission Platform: An email where participants can upload their photos.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
- Originality: Photos must be original. No AI-based art. Each photo should have a short story
to share.
- Editing: Minor color adjustments and cropping are allowed, but no excessive retouching or
manipulation.
- Watermark: No personal watermarks or signatures on photos.
- Content Restrictions: No graphic content or identifiable images of patients.

JUDGING CRITERIA
- Relevance to Theme: How well the photo captures the essence of the theme.
- Creativity: Originality and unique perspective.
- Technical Quality: Clarity, composition, and exposure.
- Emotional Impact: The story or feeling conveyed through the image.

PRIZES AND RECOGNITION
- Categories: Consider different categories, such as Monochrome, Culture and Diversity,
Religion, Travel, Wildlife, Street, Portraits, Landscape, Aerial, and Macro. While
submitting, please mention your theme, a short story to share, and gear-EXIF details.
- Awards: Offer certificates and sponsored prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
- Display: Showcase winning photos on screens or boards at AOCR Art Gallery, Conference Hall.

- Objective: Encourage attendees to capture moments during the conference itself, capturing
the spirit, energy, and learning moments.
- Theme: "Capturing the Essence of the Conference" - images that highlight key moments,
interactions, and the atmosphere of the event.

GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATION
- Eligibility: Open to all attendees (doctors, trade partners).
- Photo Requirements:
- Content: Images must be taken within the conference premises or directly related to
conference activities and celebrations.
- Format: JPEG or PNG.
- Editing: Only minor edits (cropping, exposure, etc.); no heavy retouching.
- Restrictions: Avoid images with identifiable patient data, graphic content, or
non-consenting individuals.
- Submission Limit: One entry per participant to ensure quality over quantity. One photo per
day.

SUBMISSION PROCESS
- Digital Submission: Attendees can upload photos directly via a QR code linked to an online
form (Google Forms or a conference portal).
- Deadline: Submissions open on Day 1 and close at the end of Day 4.

JUDGING CRITERIA
- Relevance: Does the photo capture the conference theme and spirit?
- Creativity: Unique perspective or composition.
- Technical Quality: Sharpness, lighting, and framing.
- Storytelling: Emotional impact or story behind the image.

JUDGING PANEL
- Select 3-4 judges, possibly including conference organizers and photography enthusiasts
among the attendees.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
- Categories: “Best Conference Moment,” “Most Creative Capture,” and “Audience Choice” (voted
by attendees on Day 4).
- Winners Announced: Display top entries on screens on Day 4, with winners announced during
the closing ceremony.
- Prizes: Certificates, a small trophy or plaque, or sponsored prizes.

DISPLAY AND ENGAGEMENT
- Live Display: Create a rotating slideshow of submitted photos on screens around the venue.
- Audience Voting: Enable voting for “Audience Choice” via a QR code linked to a survey form,
open on Day 3 and closing midday on Day 4.

TERMS AND PERMISSIONS
- Consent: Ensure attendees agree that their photos may be used in future promotional
materials.
- Acknowledgments: Properly credit photographers when displaying their work in any media.
